Honey Glazed, Prosciutto Wrapped, Baked Sausages

Ok so I had sausages in the freezer, prosciutto in the fridge and some honey in the pantry, lets do this.

4x Sausages
4x Slices of Prosciutto
Small bowl of warmed honey (warming it makes it runny, who knew!)

So this really easy

Preheat the oven to 200c

Wrap the sausages in the prosciutto. Secure them with toothpicks (I didnt have toothpicks so I just put the ends to the bottom of the dish it didnt unravel)

Grease a baking dish, put the sausages in the dish.



Bake the sausages for 20 minutes.



Take the sausages out and brush/drizzle the warm honey over them.

Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
