1x Steak
Bottle of Worcestershire
Bottle of BBQ Sauce
1x Clove of Garlic
(An onion would have been great as well, diced and fried with the steak)
Frozen Chips
Ingredients! (and random empty bottles, recycle bitches!) |
Petite Booyah! |
Alright so put the chips on a baking tray lined with baking paper (less cleaning!) and cook them however the packet says. Mine were 220c for 18 minutes
Mix equal parts worcestershire and bbq sauce in a bowl. Enough to cover the steak. Any left overs can be poured over the steak as sauce just before its cooked. Crush some garlic up in there and mix it in well
Coat the steak with the sauce on both sides.
Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan and throw that baby in there. Cook for about 7 minutes each side, but really it depends on how big and thick your steak is.
About 1-2 minutes before your steak is ready, pour the rest of the sauce on the steak and coat it well.
Take the steak out, take the chips out. Put it on a plate and eat. Booyah!~
Oh God, how I love the staeak.
